Emberline is a habit-tracking app. This policy explains how it handles your information.

Data collection

Emberline does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no network access, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party integrations.

All data you enter — habits, streaks, notes, reminders, and wallet entries — is stored locally on your device only, in a private on-device database. It is never sent anywhere, never uploaded, and never accessible to anyone but you.

Permissions

• Notifications — used only to deliver reminders you set up yourself, entirely on your device.
• Exact alarms — used only to schedule those same reminders at the times you choose.
• Photos/media (optional) — used only if you choose to attach an image to a note; the image is copied into the app's private storage and never leaves your device.

Data deletion

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of its data, since nothing is stored anywhere else.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, an updated version will be posted at this same location.
